Route 4. Bargota Ring

Starting the circular route from Bargota’s Granero sports park, a gentle descent takes us to Fuente Vieja as we move away from the urban centre. We follow the outskirts of the village, first with a very gentle climb through cultivated areas and fruit trees, until we cross the Mariñanas River over a bridge. We then climb along the path that soon brings us near the Arbanta irrigation area and, beside it, continue around Bargota to a junction near the starting point.

Here, we have the option of finishing the Bargota Ring or approaching El Pozo, where there is a small pond and bird observatory. We return to the starting point of the route along the same irrigation path.
